Goals/Objectives
Week 1: Students will be able to demonstrate 6 types of lines (horizontal, vertical, diagonal, dotted, wavy, and zigzag) by incorporating and describing the types of lines used in their projects.
Week 2: The students will be able to identify primary and secondary colors. The students will be able to mix primary colors to make secondary colors.
Week 3: The students will be introduced to a few shapes and their names. The students will be able to identify the shape of a triangle, circle, rectangle, and square. The students will also be practicing their motor skills by using scissors to cut and using glue sticks.
Week 4: The students will be introduced to a few textures and their names. The students will be able to identify the texture of an item. The students will also be practicing their motor skills by using their sense of feeling to identify the texture.
